Service Improvements and Additions :

Route 33 (Manitou Shuttle: Incline/COG): MMT proposes to improve Route 33 frequency on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day from 20 minutes to 10 minutes. Existing non-holiday service will remain unchanged.

Additional Weekday service on the Fourth of July: MMT proposes to increase scheduled service by two (2) hours into the evening on all scheduled routes on the Fourth of July.

Route 2 Restructure: MMT proposes restructuring the routing for Route 2 in order to utilize Centennial Blvd and allow for additional coverage. Route 2 will no longer use the interstate, but rather, it will operate along the Spruce/Walnut Corridor, servicing additional stops. Route 2 will service the Centennial Blvd corridor, and it will no longer service Chestnut St, between Fillmore St and Fontanero St. Individuals in this area will still be able to utilize the route at proposed stops along Centennial Blvd or access the existing Route 14 service. This restructure will also provide service along Centennial Blvd and 30th St, just north of Garden of the Gods Rd (See map below).

Proposed Implementation: Sunday, April 30,2023.

Reminder: In accordance with MMT’s bus schedule, MMT proposes to continue seasonal service on the Manitou Shuttle with Route 36 on April 30, 2023.
