The annual 4-H carnival, sponsored by Washington County 4-H Council, returned last Friday night. A large crow enjoyed the beach theme and booths such as the hoop shoot, glitter tattoos and the ever popular goldfish game. The event, held for the first time since 2019, was a great sense of normalcy and fun!
