On Friday, March 13, Amyah Moore Allen, a former standout from Harrison High School, helped lead the UCCS Mountain Lions to a 67-62 victory over the Adams State Grizzlies during the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

Kitty Magee Arena hosted the contest at 7:30 p.m., marking the Mountain Lions’ opening tournament matchup against Adams State.

The UCCS Mountain Lions are set to play again on Saturday, March 14 at 6:30 p.m. at Kitty Magee Arena.
