Colorado Springs, CO – Congressman Lamborn applauds members of the El Paso County community for demonstrating their support for the value of human life during the 36th Annual Walk for Life in Colorado Springs this weekend.
“The turnout at Memorial Park for the Walk for Life is a testament to the dedication of the Colorado Springs community to protecting the sanctity of life beginning at conception,” said Congressman Lamborn. “Walk for Life contributes to life-affirming programs that impact more than 15,000 members of our community, and I am pleased to see such great support for this event and the sanctity of life.”
Hosted by the Life Network, Walk for Life contributes to prevention, intervention, and transformation programs, free of cost, that cultivate a community that values life. They are one of several organizations in Colorado Springs that provide resources such as pregnancy counseling, parenting education and classes, and ultrasounds.
