Seven Colorado College student-athletes were named recipients of the 2022 All-American Athlete Award by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Recent graduates Will Floyd (men's swimming), Aspen Jeter (women's soccer), Isabella Vasquez (volleyball) and Bryan Yoon (hockey), along with rising seniors Lily Brazil (women's cross country/track and field), Brandon Burke (men's soccer) and Anna Fanelli (women's basketball), were nominated by CC's director of strength and conditioning Cam Davidson because of their determination to improve in athletics while maintaining academic prominence.
"We are extremely excited to nominate these student-athletes for this year's NSCA All-American award," Davidson said. "This award is given to those who demonstrate qualities necessary to be successful not only in the weight room, but also on the field and in the classroom. These athletes showed tremendous leadership, work ethic and commitment, displayed positive daily habits, and care about making everyone around them better."
The National Strength and Conditioning Association, located in Colorado Springs, is an international nonprofit professional association founded in 1978 and dedicated to advancing the strength and conditioning profession around the world.
