92 percent of applicants to Colorado Academy of Veterinary Technology were admitted for fall 2018

At Colorado Academy of Veterinary Technology, 55 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 98 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The two-year private for-profit institution in Colorado Springs enrolled 120 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 17.5 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

91 percent of undergraduates are residents of Colorado, and 9 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (68 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (10 percent).

The school admitted 92 percent of the 12 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 100 percent enrolled.
