91 percent of applicants to the University of Colorado Colorado Springs were admitted for fall 2018

At the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, 76 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 52 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year public institution in Colorado Springs enrolled 13,123 students in fall 2018, including 10,951 in undergraduate and 2,172 in graduate programs, data shows. 9.1 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

84 percent of undergraduates are residents of Colorado, and 15 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (63 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (19 percent).

The school admitted 91 percent of the 10,116 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 22 percent enrolled.
