Graduates earn 90 degrees, certificates from Nazarene Bible College

About 85.6 percent of the 90 degrees and certificates handed out by Nazarene Bible College in 2017-18 were to students in theology and religious vocations programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Springs conferred 66 bachelor's degrees and 11 certificates in theology and religious vocations programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in divinity/ministry. Data shows the school gave out 30 bachelor's degrees in divinity/ministry, followed by 21 bachelor's degrees in "other" pastoral counseling and specialized ministries and 14 bachelor's degrees in bible/biblical studies.

The college enrolled 731 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
