Rep. Jeff Crank, U.S. Representative for Colorado’s 5th congressional district, has recently shared updates on his activities and legislative priorities through a series of posts on social media.

On December 15, 2025, Crank highlighted his involvement in nominating candidates to the nation’s military academies. In his post, he stated: “I had the honor of nominating over 50 potential military leaders to our service academies on Friday at the National Museum of World War II Aviation in Colorado Springs. Congratulations to everyone who was nominated. It is truly inspiring to see so many of our youth wanting to https://t.co/WGFXb94iwQ”.

The following day, December 16, Crank participated in a commemorative event honoring veterans. He wrote: “Over the weekend, I joined the Wreaths Across America event at the Peyton Cemetery with the Trail Life Troop CO 1613 and American Heritage Girls CO Troop 2911. Laying these wreaths was a reminder that these servicemembers answered a call greater than themselves, and with every https://t.co/TP45xaFSPl”.

On December 17, Crank addressed legislative matters concerning energy policy and regulatory reform: “Permitting delays are holding America back. To unleash American energy, meet rising demand, and beat China in the AI race, we need a permitting system that works. That’s why I supported the SPEED Act in @NatResources markup – and will support it on the floor tomorrow.”

As background, Rep. Jeff Crank represents Colorado’s Fifth Congressional District and serves as an advocate for both military families and energy policy reforms within Congress.
