On Friday, March 13, the Washburn Ichabods, featuring former Doherty High School standout Payton Sterk, were defeated 64-55 by the Central Missouri Jennies in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The matchup, held at Taylor Center at 7:30 p.m., was the team’s opening contest against the Central Missouri Jennies.
