Olivia Towns helps lead UCCS Mountain Lions past Adams State in NCAA Division II tournament

Former Palmer Ridge High School standout Olivia Towns contributed as her collegiate team, the UCCS Mountain Lions, secured a 67-62 win over the Adams State Grizzlies in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament on Friday, March 13.

The matchup was held at Kitty Magee Arena at 7:30 p.m., marking the first tournament faceoff between the Mountain Lions and the Grizzlies.

UCCS is set to play its next game on Saturday, March 14, at 6:30 p.m. at Kitty Magee Arena.
