On Saturday, Nov. 29, former Palmer Ridge High School standout Noah Leighty’s current collegiate team the Wheaton Thunder won 28-24 against the Wartburg Knights in the NCAA Division III Football Championship.

The game took place at Walston-Hoover Stadium at 12 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Wartburg Knights in the tournament.

The Wheaton Thunder’s next game will take place on Saturday, Dec. 6 at 12 p.m. at Blackstock Stadium.
