The Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation has announced the addition of 11 receivers to the Biletnikoff Award Watch List for the 2025 college football season. The Biletnikoff Award is presented annually to the most outstanding receiver in the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS), regardless of position. Eligible players include wide receivers, tight ends, slot backs, and running backs who catch passes.

Among those added is Cade Harris from Air Force, who leads his team with 16 receptions for 439 yards and two touchdowns. Harris averages 27.4 yards per catch and recorded a 74-yard reception, marking the longest play by the Falcons this season. He currently leads the Mountain West Conference (MW) and ranks second nationally in all-purpose yards with an average of 170.0 per game. In receiving yards per game, he stands second in the MW and fourth in the NCAA at 109.8, while also ranking fourth nationally in yards per catch.

Harris is noted as the only FBS player this season to have accumulated at least 300 receiving yards and 100 rushing yards within his team’s first three games. He is also recognized as the only FBS player since 2000 to reach at least 320 receiving and 150 rushing yards through three games.

In a recent game against Boise State, Harris set career highs with eight catches for 177 yards. This performance ranks as the eighth highest single-game receiving yardage in Air Force history and is the most since Jalen Robinette’s 182-yard effort against New Mexico in 2016.

The Biletnikoff Award’s semifinalists, finalists, and recipient are chosen by a national selection committee composed of about 600 college football journalists, commentators, announcers, former award winners, and other former receivers. The Foundation’s trustees do not participate in voting. The full list of voters can be found at BiletnikoffAward.com/voters.

Players are added to the watch list based on their actual performance during the season. The award considers only single-season achievements rather than career accomplishments. Criteria for candidate eligibility and voting are available at BiletnikoffAward.com/criteria.

The Foundation has also opened its annual FanVote for 2025. Fans can vote once daily on the Biletnikoff Award FanVote page. The collective fan vote counts as one official vote in determining semifinalists, finalists, and the winner. In a previous close contest in 2013, fan voting was decisive in selecting Brandin Cooks of Oregon State as that year’s recipient.

The full list of newly added receivers includes Cooper Barkate (Duke), Chris Brazzell II (Tennessee), Omar Cooper Jr (Indiana), Mario Craver (Texas A&M), KJ Duff (Rutgers), Cade Harris (Air Force), Emmanuel Henderson Jr (Kansas), Chase Hendricks (Ohio), Danny Scudero (San José State), Ian Strong (Rutgers), and Devin Voisin (South Alabama).
