Air Force women’s basketball set to host Boise State Wednesday night

Air Force Women’s Basketball will host Boise State on Wednesday evening at Clune Arena, with tipoff scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Mountain Time. The Falcons enter the game with a 7-7 overall record and a 1-3 mark in Mountain West play, while the Broncos hold a 10-5 record, also standing at 1-3 in conference.

The matchup will be broadcast on Altitude Sports and the Mountain West Network, featuring Tyler Maun and Brian Jerman as commentators. Radio coverage will be provided by XtraSports AM 1300 with Ryan Kaufman. Senior Milahnie Perry leads Air Force in scoring with an average of 16.1 points per game, ranking second among all players in the Mountain West Conference. Junior Keelie O’Hollaren follows with an average of 8.1 points per game. The Falcons are currently second in the conference for offensive rebounding (12.8 rebounds per game) and turnover margin (4.07), as well as third in steals per game (9.9) and turnovers forced per contest (18.36).

Jayda McNabb has played a significant role for Air Force this season, leading the Mountain West and ranking second nationally in offensive rebounds with an average of 4.6 per game. She is also third among conference players in total rebounding (8.5) and steals per game (2.36). McNabb averages eight points per contest while shooting .500 from the field.

McNabb has recorded four double-doubles this season, which is currently the most by any player in the Mountain West.

Air Force holds a strong home record this year at 4-1 and has started its home schedule with three consecutive wins for a third straight season.

Perry continues to move up Air Force’s all-time scoring list, now totaling 1,469 career points—63 away from fifth place overall and third place since joining Division I competition.

In their last outing against UNLV, Air Force fell short by six points despite trailing by only one possession late in the game. Perry and McNabb each scored 14 points; Alexis Cortez added ten more off the bench.

For fans attending games at Clune Arena or other athletic events at the U.S. Air Force Academy without Department of Defense identification cards, new access procedures require obtaining a visitor pass that now covers entry to all events within each month rather than requiring separate passes for individual games.
