The Air Force track and field team has released its schedule for the 2025-26 season, with most competitions taking place away from home due to ongoing renovations at the Cadet Field House. The season will start on December 6 at the Wyoming Power Meet in Laramie.
During the indoor season, the Falcons will travel to Boulder three times for the Potts Invitational (January 16-17), Colorado Invitational (January 23-24), and Colorado Classic (February 6-7). Additional meets include the DeLoss Dodds Invitational in Manhattan, Kansas (January 30-31), as well as split events on February 13-14 in Seattle for the Husky Classic and in Lubbock for the Jarvis Scott Invitational.
The indoor campaign will wrap up with the Mountain West Championships in Reno from February 26 to 28, followed by the NCAA Championships in Fayetteville, Arkansas, on March 13-14.
For outdoor competition, Air Force will participate in several major events across the country. These include the Stanford Invitational (April 3-4), Drake Relays (April 23-25), and a series of meets in Southern California such as the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate, Bryan Clay Invitational, and Beach Invitational during April 16-18. The team is also scheduled to compete at the Aztec Invitational in San Diego (March 27-28) and select athletes will attend the Bryan Clay Multis in Azusa (April 9-10).
Closer to campus, Air Force will take part in local meets including those hosted by CSU Pueblo (Dr. Dan Caprtioglio Invitational, March 20-21), University of Colorado (Colorado Invitational, April 3-4), Colorado School of Mines (Kit Mayer Classic, April 10-11), and Colorado State University (Doug Max Invitational, May 1). The Falcons will host their annual Twilight Open on May 8.
Postseason action begins with the Mountain West Outdoor Championships from May 14 to 16 in Clovis, California. The NCAA Outdoor Championships start with West Preliminary rounds in Fayetteville from May 27 to May 30 and conclude with final rounds in Eugene, Oregon from June 10 to June 13.
