Air Force Men’s Basketball Head Coach Joe Scott has been suspended indefinitely while an investigation is conducted into the treatment of cadet-athletes. The United States Air Force Academy announced that Assistant Coach Jon Jordan, a 1985 graduate of the academy, will serve as interim head coach.

The academy stated, “No further information is releasable at this time.” The nature and details of the investigation have not been disclosed.

The suspension comes as the men’s basketball season is ongoing. There has been no indication of when more information will be made available or how long the interim coaching arrangement will remain in place.
