Air Force sophomore Annika Jost has been named the Mountain West Offensive Player of the Week, according to an announcement from conference officials on Monday. This recognition marks the third straight week that a member of the Air Force Falcons women’s soccer team has received a weekly award from the league, and it is Jost’s first time earning this honor.
Jost contributed significantly to her team’s recent successes, playing a key role in two Mountain West victories. In a 4-2 win over San Jose State, she scored three goals in the first half, achieving Air Force’s first hat trick since 2021 and her own career first. She also provided an assist during a 2-1 victory against Fresno State.
