Air Force has announced that Elevate Talent will assist in the search for a new men’s basketball head coach. The decision was shared by Director of Athletics Nathan Pine.

“We have an important opportunity to bring in a new leader to set the example and drive the culture and success of our men’s basketball program,” Pine said. “We are looking forward to working with Kyle Bowlsby and the Elevate Talent team to do just that. Our program will be aligned with the Air Force Academy’s mission of forging leaders of character and quality developed to lead in our Air Force and Space Force. This is an important time for Air Force men’s basketball as we prepare to compete against the new membership composition of the Mountain West Conference.”

Elevate Talent is known for its work as an executive search and leadership advisory firm in both collegiate and professional sports. Senior Partner Kyle Bowlsby will oversee the search process for Air Force.

Those interested in applying or submitting nominations for the position are encouraged to send materials to AirForceMBB@oneelevate.com for consideration.
