Air Force men’s tennis to compete in Colorado Cup this weekend

Air Force Academy’s men’s tennis team will compete in the Colorado Cup from October 31 to November 2 at Denver Tennis Park. The event, hosted by the University of Denver, will feature a hidden dual-format with matches against Gonzaga, Grand Canyon, Montana State, and Denver.

The competition begins on Friday morning with Denver facing Grand Canyon/Montana State at 9 a.m., where Air Force may also have players participating. Air Force is scheduled to play Gonzaga at 1:30 p.m. On Saturday, Air Force faces Grand Canyon/Montana State at 9 a.m., followed by Denver versus Gonzaga at 1:30 p.m. Sunday’s schedule includes Gonzaga against Grand Canyon/Montana State at 9 a.m., and Air Force meeting Denver at 1:30 p.m.

Matches will follow a hidden dual format. Doubles contests consist of one set with a tiebreaker if tied at six games each, while singles matches are best two-of-three tiebreak sets.

Video streaming for all matches will be available through Track Tennis, and results will be posted on the ITA website.
