Air Force Men’s Basketball will hold its Elite Camp on August 23, 2025, at the Falcons Practice Facility located in the Cadet Gymnasium – Center Gym on the Air Force Academy campus. The camp is intended for high school and club players interested in competing at the collegiate level.
Head Coach Joe Scott and his staff will lead the camp, offering instruction, competition, and exposure to college basketball. According to Scott, “The Air Force Elite Basketball Camp is designed for high school players to learn about what it takes to play basketball at the next level. We aim to provide these players with a background of insight, instruction and skill development and to help them grow and improve moving forward.”
The event has reached full capacity with 40 participants representing 22 states.
Joe Scott brings more than three decades of coaching experience, including 21 years as a head coach at Air Force, Denver, and Princeton. He led Air Force to a Mountain West Conference title in 2004. Scott has also coached NBA players such as Royce O’Neal of the Phoenix Suns and Anthony Edwards of the Minnesota Timberwolves.
