The U.S. Air Force Academy has announced the cancellation of its scheduled football press conference due to the ongoing government shutdown. In addition, there will be no media availability for football or other sports during this period.

A statement from the Academy reads: “Due to the government shutdown, there will be no football press conference on Tuesday and no media availability for football or other sports.”

The government shutdown has led to disruptions in various operations at federal institutions, including military academies. As a result, routine activities such as press conferences and media events have been put on hold until further notice.
